Lewis Mckissick
Rugby has been a lifelong passion of mine—I’ve been immersed in the game since I was eight years old. From school to college, academies to university, and clubs, rugby has been a constant thread throughout my life. I’ve had the privilege of playing for Minchinhampton RFC, Gloucester Academy, Hartpury College, Gloucestershire All Golds, and England Students RL in the UK, as well as MLR, the University of Denver (Coaching), and Queen City RFC in the US. Playing and coaching in the US ignited my passion for American sports and the rapidly growing rugby scene there. Denver, in particular, has become my favorite place on earth, and I hope to call it home one day. After my time in the US, I returned to Hartpury College, where I taught on the BTEC Rugby programme and coached at the Hartpury Rugby Academy. A key part of my role was guiding a tutor group of 30-35 students through their next steps—whether that meant applying to UK universities via UCAS, pursuing apprenticeships, taking a gap year, or securing scholarship opportunities in the US. This experience made me highly confident in supporting young rugby players as they navigate their academic and athletic careers, often closely intertwined. Beyond Hartpury, I’ve coached at grassroots clubs in Gloucester and Bristol, as well as within the Gloucester/Saracens age group academies. I’m now an RFU Level 3 coach, adding another dimension to my skill set. Today, I manage all things rugby for **@keystonesportsuk @keystonesports_official**, and I love every moment of it! My mission? To showcase the incredible rugby opportunities available in the US, help turn those opportunities into reality, and ensure players have an unforgettable experience—just like I did.
Ella Amory - Technical Advisor/ player advocate
I’m Ella, I recently graduated from Surrey University in Business Management. Alongside my studies I have been and still am a professional rugby player in the English Premiership. I have played for Harlequins for 4 years before moving on to playing for Trailfinders Women and have 20 caps for Belgium 7s. I am incredibly passionate about rugby, but specifically reshaping the landscape of rugby recruitment and player development. I don’t believe in luck, I believe in hard work and preparation which eventually opens doors.
